Do I get to review or sign the lease?
Owners are welcome to review the lease agreement prior to tenant signing. Our team handles lease execution on your behalf unless you prefer a different arrangement. -
Do you offer real estate sales services?
No, just a residential homes. -
How and when will I receive my rental income?
Owner payouts are processed on a consistent schedule, usually via direct deposit, after we collect rent and process any applicable expenses. -
How do you handle rent collection?
We offer tenants several convenient payment methods, including a secure online portal. We also enforce lease terms regarding due dates, late fees, and follow-up for any delinquencies. -
What lease terms do you typically use?
Standard lease agreements are typically for 12 months, but we can adjust the term based on your goals and market conditions. -
How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits are set in accordance with local laws and market norms. The amount can vary depending on rent, tenant qualifications, and other factors. -
How quickly can you start managing my property?
