Below is a list of materials that are regularly used in the properties we manage. They are the most common items that get replaced in our properties. Please click on the item description to find the most current pricing and availability. If an item is not available, a product that is nearest in price and design will be substituted. The list is an example of baseline products we use for your property. We do our best to match the design of a property's aesthetic and will use a product that keeps its integrity. If the design is of no consequence to either the aesthetic of the property or to your preference as the owner, we will use the listed products. We ask that owners let us know if they want a specific product to be used upon joining the Good Steward Property Management family or during the Lease Renewal time.
