The Villages

Welcome to The Villages!  This is one of the few condominium / townhome communities in Yorba Linda.  Here’s a quick overview of the community.

COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

• Total Units:  330
  • Village I:  62 Unit (Left Track)
  • Village III:  105 Units (Center Track)
  • Village II:  163 Units (Right Track)
• Year Built:  Mid 1980’s
• Garages:  Depending on the section it can have an attached or detached two-car garage
• Amenities:  clubhouse, pool and spa, volleyball court, playground, BBQ grills and picnic tables.

VILLAGE I

This is the first section on the west side featuring 62 units and they are the largest in square footage.  All of these are two story units with 2 or 3 bedrooms with direct access to the garage (no floor plans at this time).

VILLAGE II

This is the section on the east side featuring 163 units with 2 or 3 Bedroom floor plans. Most units have a detached 2-car garage, very few do have direct access to their garage. 

Plan 1:  3 Bedrooms & 2 Bath

Plan 2:  2 Bedrooms & 2 Bath. This one has three different variations… when comparing Plan 2 side by side be on the lookout for small variations such as the location of the fireplace (Plan 2C doesn’t have a fireplace), coat closet, master bedroom closet, etc.  This section is what we refer to as having stacked units… meaning, there’s two floor of units of which both are single story with one above the other.  One thing to keep in mind with these floor plans is that all (except for Plan 2C) have vaulted ceilings in the Living Room & Master Bedroom if the unit is on the 2^nd floor.  If the unit is on the first floor then it’s a regular ceiling.

VILLAGE III

This is the section in the center featuring 105 units.  Each building has three units.

Plan 1:  2 Bedrooms & 2 Bath. This is a one-story property. You have to go up a set of stairs to get to your front door.  There’s no direct access to your garage. Approximately 1,000+ sq. ft.

Plan 2:  2 Bedrooms & 2.5 Bath. This is a two-story property. You do have direct access to your garage. Approximately 1,100+ sq. ft.
